  1. Hi Meg,
I read all your blogs, all of them are perfect, inspiring and leading to spiritual growth. It’s a blessing and grace that you are able to touch so many lives with your writing.
Today, for the 1st time I noticed a small mistake in what you wrote.
‘ I will sin, sometimes dramatically, even after my conversion’-this sentence i found would be better presented if you would reframe into- ‘Human as we are ,we are subject to sins ,although we try not to do so deliberately. But even the deliberate ones are washed away in his mercy if opened up in a confession with a contrite heart.’
Please see this as a humble suggestion,I always look forward to your articles.Thank you.

  2. I never knew that story about the psalms before! That’s really interesting. I love the connection you made with how St. Columba received God’s mercy and went on with life-I think it’s so easy (at least for me) to wallow in guilt over stuff I’ve done when I’ve already confessed it, been forgiven, and need to move on. God lives in the present moment, not our past failings, so we should too! 🙂
